A fresh and mineral-driven white wine, produced in the Grotta di Terra area of the municipality of Ischia, expressing the island’s winemaking tradition.
The Alema Bianco white wine is an authentic expression of the winemaking tradition of the municipality of Ischia. Produced in the Grotta di Terra area, at around 200 meters above sea level, it represents the perfect balance between freshness and minerality, typical of the island’s terroir.
The grape composition is distinctive: 85% Forastera and 15% local varieties such as Rilla, Coglionara and Caca Mosca. The wine is vinified in white, with strict temperature control during fermentation to preserve the natural freshness and aromatic profile of the grapes.
Alema Bianco shows a pale straw-yellow color and a vinous aroma, enriched with herbal notes. On the palate, it is fresh and mineral, with a well-balanced savory character, making it particularly suited to seafood and light dishes.
Perfect with octopus soppressata salad, sautéed shellfish, or as an aperitif wine. Best served at 8–10°C to fully appreciate its qualities.
