This white wine, produced in the municipality of Ischia, is a genuine expression of the island’s winemaking tradition. Sourced from the south-eastern side, with vineyards located in Cava delle Erbe, Pignatiello and Torri at altitudes between 200 and 400 meters above sea level, it reflects the purity and character of the Biancolella grape.
The grapes are vinified in white, with careful control of the fermentation temperature maintained between 16 and 18°C, preserving the wine’s freshness and aromatic profile.
