A refined and complex grappa, obtained from the steam distillation of Biancolella grape pomace, sourced from the Punta del Lume area on the Island of Ischia.
The Grappa Vigna del Lume is an exclusive distillate, born from the artisanal tradition of the Island of Ischia. Obtained through the steam distillation of selected Biancolella grape pomace from the renowned Punta del Lume area, this grappa embodies the essence of the territory and its quality.
The distillation process takes place at the end of November, using a discontinuous system with copper stills powered by steam flow, a method that enhances the aromas and unique characteristics of the pomace. The grappa is then aged in 225-liter oak barrels for 10–12 months, developing greater aromatic complexity and a distinctive profile.
In the glass, it appears clear with an elegant amber-yellow color. On the nose, it offers a harmonious and pronounced bouquet, while on the palate it stands out for its smoothness and notes of vanilla, making it pleasant and enveloping.
Perfect to enjoy at a serving temperature of 15°C, Grappa Vigna del Lume is ideal for moments of contemplation or as a refined after-dinner digestif. Alcohol content: 40% vol.
