The extra virgin olive oil “Suonn” comes from a typical Southern Italian blend, artisanally produced with hand-harvested olives on the island of Ischia using traditional methods. The Frantoio, Leccino and Nocellara varieties are cold-pressed to preserve aroma, freshness and nutritional properties.

With its straw yellow color with green reflections, it reveals a delicate aroma of artichoke and wild herbs. The taste is lightly fruity, with a balanced bitter note and an aftertaste reminiscent of freshly harvested olives. Unfiltered, it may appear slightly cloudy with natural sediment, a sign of its authenticity.

Perfect raw on vegetables, legume soups, meat dishes and Mediterranean cuisine, it is a valuable ally for those seeking quality and genuineness every day.
